COVID19

Covid-19 is a terrifying time for many people. Uncertainty, fear, loneliness and of course isolation have negatively impacted so many lives. Children cant see family and friends, parents struggle to provide constant distraction and so stress levels rise and mental health declines. Jobs are being lost daily, families are struggling with basic essentials such as food, gas and electric. Our elderly and vulnerable can for days or even weeks without speaking to a single person. But we have been there throughout! We have provided 100's of emergency food parcels, delivered weekly to our elderly and vulnerable and spent hours on the phone answering queries and helping with benefit applications, financial advice and where to access support. We have dedicated staff who go out of their way, to call and check on our clients, neighbours and friends. They will take the time to talk to them and relieve some of the loneliness they feel and are there with an offer of support. We have worked tirelessly to ensure that everyone can access support, regardless of what that may be and they can access it all in one place; here at TRAC2 We will continue to be the constant for the 1000's of people we support every year. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our amazing team of staff and volunteers, our fantastic funders, our partner agencies and most importantly you! For always supporting and valuing what we do. We could not do it without you. #staysafestayhome
